Information we collect
To prepare a personal report, we may collect a name or alias, birth date, birth time, birth location, email address, and the order details needed to complete your purchase.
How information is used
Birth information is used to create the report you request. Contact and order information is used to process payment, deliver your PDF, fulfill a physical journal when purchased, and provide customer support.
We do not use a name or alias as part of the report calculations.
Service partners
We use carefully selected providers for payment, report delivery, email, hosting, location resolution, and physical journal fulfillment. Each receives only the information needed to perform its role.
The birth-location text you enter is sent to Geoapify to resolve coordinates and a time zone. We do not send Geoapify your name, email, birth date, birth time, order reference, or payment information. Birth information is not shared with the journal fulfillment provider.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
